HOA dues are paid monthly and cover shared expenses such as maintenance, insurance, and common utilities.
Dues are to be paid on the 1st of each month.
Late payments may result in fees, interest, or additional collection action as outlined in the governing documents. CAM Fees are due by the 1st of each month with only a 10 day grace period before interest of 18% is charged in accordance with our documents.
